Don Bradman Cricket 17 General Discussion

they are saying that if that opinion is ludicrous, saying "it's just my opinion" isn't a defence.

Caveat: Unless you're Donald Trump

May i know the parameters on which we going to decide whether that opinion is ludicrous?

Most of what you're posting. Please stop.

People like Mark give false info and then give it the name of sarcasm

...or it's just humor and you can grow a sense of one?

Lighten up, gang.

Alright chaps, haven't posted since last DBC came out. Opinions pretty much the same as a lot of people - so much done right, but the bowling (which is oddly what I prefer doing) just wasn't quite there. Lack of edges (no secret) and the pitch/conditions seeming to have little impact on anything.

Very much looking forward to this new update though :D Really glad BA have decided to give a sequel a go!

Give "fearsome tweak" a try, it has made dismissals a lot more realistic...I'm surprised it's not getting a lot of attention, best patch yet.

But yeah DBC14 was a hell of a first attempt just few things need to be ironed out but I'm sure they will do it...the drive and work behind the game seems spot on though!

I do not know if the question has been answered or not but just a basic question, will DBC 17 work on the same laptop configuration that DBC 14 works like a charm? Currently DBC 14 works with 49 fps on my laptop

System requirements are not confirmed yet.

They will be significantly higher than DBC14, and somewhat higher than the ones for Lacrosse 16:
  • OS: Windows 7 or higher
  • Processor: Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00Ghz/AMD Athlon II X2 250 Processor 3.01Ghz
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Radeon HD 6670 or NVIDIA Geforce GT530 with Min 1GB Memory
  • DirectX: Version 10
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 5 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: Controller Required
So if you aren't exceeding these by a decent amount, it will either not run, or run poorly.

Thank you @MattW.

I have ATI Radeon 6700M 1 GB hopefully it allows me to run that game *fingerscrossed*

Hey Mattw! Any new news for us to cheer about? Like some features?

Speaking of natural edges take a look at this, I am not saying any of you didn't get any like these as I have also seen some amazingly realistic edges. But this was the first time i was aware enough to take a glimpse of it..

Nothing to comment on bowling physics yet?
