Rob Quiney, despite being a very good player on the white ball scene, and even in the Sheffield Shield, struggled massively in his two tests. He averaged 3 with the bat, scoring a grand total of nine runs, and bowled 150 balls to no avail.

My team:
1. Albert Rose-Innes :saf: :ar:
2.
3. Rob Quiney :aus: :ar:

MSK Prasad :ind:

Well India had a history of producing and selecting some of the worst wicketkeeper batsmen in their history.Got his place in the 1999/2000 season when another one of his kind Nayan Mongia was left out due to Injury and played 6 tests 3 against NZ at home and 3 away in a disastrous tour Down under against Australia.The current chief selector of the Indian team makes the list with his mediocre performances makes the list.

For my customary one-cap wonder I pick Fred Grace, younger brother of the illustrious WG, who if not one of the worst was probably one of the most tragic Test cricketers of all time. Despite a solid first-class record which read 6906 runs at 25.02 (which was frankly brilliant for most batsmen during his playing days) and 329 wickets at 20.06, he played only one Test against Australia in 1880 where he bagged a pair, didn't bowl, and promptly died a fortnight later.

He can bat at 3 in my XI seeing as he mostly batted in the top-order during his FC career.

VC's XI

1. :aus: :bat: Jack Badock
2. :zim: :bat: Brian Chari
3. :eng: :ar: Fred Grace
4.

8. :ind: :ar: CS Nayudu
9.
10. :ban: :bwl: Shahadat Hossain
11.

My pick is Bryce McGain, the Australian leggie who was one of the stops on Australia's long journey to find a Shane Warne replacement. He debuted at almost 37 against South Africa in 2009, and conceded 149 runs in 108 balls, without taking any wickets.

CerealKiller's XI
1. :wi: Devon Smith :bat: (38 caps)
2. :wi: Rajendra Chandrika :bat: (5 caps)

Akash Chopra :ind:

The man who who is now known for his expert opinions and annoying Hindi commentary played 10 Tests for India in the early 2000s opening alongside his Delhi teammate Virender Sehwag failed to perform substantialy at the highest level

:nzf: :bwl: David O'Sullivan
:ban: :bwl: Alamgir Kabir

Brilliant record as he managed to not take even a single wicket in three test matches. This draft is hand-made by God for the Bangladeshis.

@Willoughby63

Howard Francis was an opening batsman who averaged 9.75 in 2 tests.

My pick is Vikram Rathour, the Indian top order batsman. He played 6 Tests for an average of 13, without a 50. Fun fact : he was once forced to call for a chest guard because Sachin Tendulkar (!) was bowling a lot of bouncers to him in a Ranji match. Now that's terrible.
CerealKiller's XI
1. :wi: Devon Smith :bat: (38 caps)
2. :wi: Rajendra Chandrika :bat: (5 caps)

@VC the slogger

Wasn't he opening the batting in the series that Dravid and Ganguly made their debuts?

Tendulkar, Azharuddin, Dravid, Ganguly, that's about as good a middle order as you can get.

I'm trying to remember the other opener then (without looking at the internet). Sikh fella wasn't it? Big beard? What's his bloody name?

EDIT: Navjot Sidhu! Got it without looking it up.

Wish I was playing this game now. I've got some good 'uns.
