Tring tring....
"Hella.. Whos it?"
"If you want to make "Rock On" as your Ringtone, Press 1. For more..." Hung up!
Idiotic promotional calls. Just distract us while on a bike ride.
But again? Tring tring.....
I expected a taped voice with some promotionals of Airtel, but a Gentle voice came out,
"Hello.. Is it Prithvi?"
"Yeah, its Prithvi this side. May I know who's the other side?"
"I'm Mr. Rathod, the Manager of Hyderabad Cricket team."
"Yes Sir, glad to have a call from you. May I know the reason for this call?"
"Well, after deep thinking, we've decided to drop put Bodapathi Sumanth's and Indra Shekar's contract from HCA after reviewing the total drama they both created by fighting in the training nets, which most of the people don't know."
"So, how can I be helpful to you, sir?"
"Well, what we've decided is to give you a contract for six months in HCA. If you're interested, kindly get back to me now at the RGICS."
"Yeah sir, I'm deeply interested in having a contract with HCA for six months."
"So, you come up by 06:00PM this evening to the RGICS."
"Sure sir, I'd be there exactly at 6."

I was pretty happy to have a contract.
I went to my room, had a bath and started for Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.
I went there exactly by 6 and had a small chat with the team manager Mr. Rathod. All those talks were formal talks, and I signed up the contract with HCA for six months.

All I was to play was a Ranji Season and a Vijay Hazare Trophy.
I signed in and I was to be paid Rs40k for 6 months.
I was shocked that I was getting 40k at 18..
I came back to room, called up my bro and said this news. He wished me good luck, and same was the response from my parents too:). So, I was feeling happy as I expected a negative response from my dad, 'cause he just hates Indian Cricket politics, but my Dad said to be honest where ever I go.
I informed some of my friends, who wished me good luck:).

alright start to a story, but will you be able to cope with 2 stories at once??, btw is that you in the pic?? looks like he's standing next to a train.:p

Yeah its me, and I was on one train, and the BG was another train (Rajadhani Express' power production compartment:p)

And yeah, I'm pretty sure that I can manage two stories at a time cos I've got nearly 5 months in leisure, in which, I'll have to do a bit of studying till 30th of may!

An interview with TV9.

Devi: Now, we're having a person who's made it into the Hyderabad Ranji Team, a promising youngster of 18, Welcome Prithvi.
Now, you're a right arm batsmen and the one who can spin the bowl. Am I right?

Prithvi: Yeah, but you're bit wrong. I'm a right arm part time medium pacer, not spinner.

Devi: Whats your main ambition?

Prithvi: Well, I basically want to represent India, preferably in whites, but my main ambition is to represent India.

Devi: What about your fitness levels? Do you maintain it?

Prithvi: Yeah, I do maintain them. And I don't know why you've ask this kinda question 'cause every sports person will maintain their fitness levels.

Devi: Nah! that was not my major intension, I wanted to ask your time of Fitness.

Prithvi: Well, I just do some yoga stuffs before sun comes up, and then, go for a morning jog in Early Morning sun rays, and thats all I do particularly with the name of exercise, Nothing much.

Devi: What about your personal life. With whom do you live and any girl friends?

Prithvi: Well, I live with one of my friend at a room, and soon my parents are shifting to city, from when, I'll shift to our house. And regarding girlfriends, I don't have many.

Devi: Okay, friends college... What about that?

Prithvi: Well, tbh, I'm addicted to friends. And yeah, I just keep on SMSing friends even while sleeping!

Devi: You're going to a whole new world, how're you feeling?

Prithvi: I'm feeling something which I can't express and I need to find
some new words to express them.

Devi: Had a good time with you Prithvi, thank you for your time with us, Good luck and we're hoping that you perform well for Hyderabad.

Prithvi: Thank you,......

Wooh....... media media and media.! They wished me good luck.! But soon, if I won't perform, they're gonna be no. 1 who will sack me out from the team!

The Ranji Season Fixtures:
Date: 28th October, 2009.
Place: At the Stadium.

The Ranji trophy 2009-10 fixtures were officially announced. We were shocked to see that we were to host 6 of the 7 games we were to play. The first match was decided to be at Gymkhana Grounds, not the regular Rajiv Gandhi stadium 'cause an ODI match between India and Australia was scheduled at the regular one. We were to go to north to face Punjab at Mohali at that chilling winter. Then, we were to get back and stay at Hyderabad for the rest five games.

Our coach Ventakapathy Raju came up and announced the schedule. We were pretty sad 'cause Rajiv Gandhi Stadium has some problem with it and a win for the home team was a nightmare on that ground! The Coach said that the HCA authorities were planning to shift all the games from Rajiv Gandhi Stadium 'cause there won't be much crowd for Ranji matches and the matches may cause troubles for the renovation of the stadium.

Well, 2 stories that great....

I was shocked that I was getting 40k at 18 years.

LOL!

Aussie Team added 3 Minutes and 50 Seconds later...

Continue matches for Hyderabad!
And firstly are they First Class Cricket Or List/A
