England in Australia

Thats been the problem for the English, it's just been a one man show in Freddy, the other bowlers just haven't been consistent enough and always have that bad ball to release the pressure.

Ponting has got his 50.
He is in along with Martyn and at the rate their going they should get to 500 unless some inspired bowling comes soon.

Not when Mr Cricket is in, Ponting doesn't is in now so no more of that early movement stuff you get from him.

At the moment, it doesn't get much better then this in Australian cricket. Ponting's going to end up getting his batting average above 60.

And as I speak Pietersen's gone down.

Ah damn, they really need to sort this wasteland of a ground out.

Doesn't look too serious, hes at least walking off the ground but I must say this ground really needs to redo it's grass. Thats the 2nd type of injury on this ground for the English also it's quite slow.

Or they just don't know how to slide, I don't see any of our blokes taking massive divots out of the ground every time they go down. Don't know why you'd bother trying it here anyway though

Another session to Australia.
The game starting to go away from England unless early wickets are taken in the evening session.

200-3 is about par for this pitch, it's not enough in anyones favour yet. England need to have Australia 6 down tonight though.

Good point seems to only be the English that get injuries on this ground.

I agree, it's in the balance at this point as another wicket and you bring in the under pressure Clarke and Gilly. These two need to stay there to at least 300.

I must say channell 9s coverage is amazing this season. The new layout and presentation is outstanding.
Im liking the new hot spot graphic.
Good start by the Aussies. If all goes to plan these two would still be in at stumps and we would be in a very commanding position.

hahaha David Lloyde Sky Sports and Beefy 'No point asking Glenn his prediction its always 5-0 even if it as 3 match series'

LOL!
