England in Australia

Ooooh, lovely shot from Bell, and McGrath slides along the floor to no avail. Bell seems to be gaining confidence but I dont have confidence in Jones to keep the partnership going, however we will see.

Jones is edging everything. :(

Come on England, there's got to be at least one 50 in this. At the moment we are in danger of not having a single batsmen outscore Stuart Clark.

Lovely shot GoJo!

What a shot. Wonderful 4.

At the moment we are struggling to get more than 1 batsman's score over the score of the Aussies 8, 9 and 10.

Slater totally panning Fletcher's selection policy re: Giles and Jones. I think the Aussies can't believe how lucky they are that we've dropped Monty. Like Slats said which would you rather have 20 extra runs or a bowler who can take a 5-for?

Get Slats in and Fletch out methinks. :)

It's funny how Sky's commentators keep saying 'some people are of the opinion that Monty is the better option'. It's not 'some', it's 99% of the bloody population! Fletcher ebing the 1% of course.

Try telling that to Fletcher :) He also clearly doesn't care about his keeper dropping a certain Ponting for 0 then seeing him make 196 (not that it happened luckily).

I thought that that actually happened for a second then. ;)

Jones, please stop playing the sweep shot! You can't play it very well mate. :(

Why have they stop using there feet? They are sitting ducks just waiting for Warne to strike.

OMG a sweep took out Billy Bowden, great stuff our 12th fielder :)

Haha Bowden took a hit right to the hip. He seems alright though :D

Actually luckily for Billy it was his walky talky he has or else Billy wouldn't be umpiring much further in this game :)

Could have been a good session for England if the Umpiring decisions were correct.

Pietersen certainly was unlucky but Flintoff was done by a beauty by Lee. The pitch is also proving to be England's enemy at the moment. There are conspicuous cracks down the pitch and the ball is occassionaly nipping in and away. England were unlucky to win the toss as the toss has proven to be a big difference.
