England In India - October 2011/12

In Australia. If Zaheer Khan is fit you'll definitely win.

We'll see about that. Zaheer didn't do much in Australia last time. And big surprise he wasn't fit. I remember he got Ponting with a beauty in Melbourne, but I can't remember him doing anything else. Zaheer was always going to be more important in England than Australia.

I'm more worried about Ishant to tell you the truth. Aussie pitches favour guys who get bounce generally and if Ishant finds him groove then he'll be a bigger threat IMHO.

There are no excuses. England seriously outplayed India in every department. They caught well, Bowled well and piled up runs. Whereas Indian bowlers were pathetic apart from a few bursts and batting has been a total failure if you take Dravid's effort out. And less we talk about Indian fielding better it is :facepalm

They batted and bowled way better during previous two tours. I guess its about time we give exposure to young fast bowlers like Varun Aron. He wont bowl any worse than these guy :p And he's pretty quick by Indian Standards

----------

Lets hope Pujara recovers from injury. He's the only hope in the batting for Indian Team in the future. He's got good technique and very calm head. Should be instant pick once he gets fit.

I know stuff always goes wrong with the sight screens eventually, but I've never really understood why they elected to put windows directly behind the bowler.

Jeez you would at least expect some fight from the batsmen.

You would, but Dravid wasn't out. With these faint edges, sometimes you don't even feel it because it's so soft. It's also so fast that when you hear a noise, even as a batsman you might not be completely sure whether you hit it or not. However, if you're not completely sure then review it. I think it's just a matter of India not knowing how to use the DRS.

They should just concede the last test, why bother playing 4 days and embarrassing yourselves. :facepalm

or being over-whelmed by embarrassment and glad of a chance to get out of there.

Well he is one of the two Indian players who has done anything of even remote substance in this series.

Once Sachin is out I'm done watching. I was planning to skip the EPL today and watch the match but really, what's left to see? I'm not even sure that they'll last another 3 hours.
