I think the issue with that runout was, that in the frame that the ball had hit the wicket and the bail was disturbed, it wasn't quite clear whether the bail had been completely dislodged or whether any part of that bail was still on the wicket.
Doesn't actually matter, as it was obvious the bail wasn't going to be falling back on the wicket from watching it at full speed. That's the only point at which you need to know if the bail is completely dislodged. Unfortunately there is such a huge space between frames, I wish we could have high-speed cameras for the runouts, would make it so much clearer.
Anyway, decisions aside. This has been a fairly typical first match of the series. England have been a bit messy in places, good in others. Way too many wides again.
