I doubt it, they seem to have essentially decided he'll get three games while Smith is unavailable.

Only possibility I could for see would be them going with a four man pace attack and Bethell as the New Moeen.

It's tricky giving Pope the gloves at 3, yeah. I think he could do it but there's already enough pressure on him with the bat. As it's short term it wouldn't hurt because everyone knows Smith would be coming back in. I still think they'll go with Cox but they must be looking at the way both of them have played this past two weeks and be tempted to pick Bethell.
