Yep. I only got the game for the p.c on Friday, but I had it on PS2 which which is nothing compared to the p.c.

Reduce them using photoshop or paint shop or photoimpact or just simple paint. Convert the bitmaps into jpegs first.

To reduce them paint will work fine, but to get decent quality use Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, use the same program to convert them to jpegs. Then you need to find a place to host the pictures, I use http://www.datacertain.com/upload_files/rename/test.asp - once you've uploaded them just get the address of the file (right click the picture and choose properties) and just use
