Somerset have had the signings of Zander De Bruyn and Alfonso Thomas confirmed by the ECB, so they're set to feature in the next few weeks. I imagine Thomas will mostly play the One Day stuff in place of Caddick/Willoughby. The intention is to have De Bruyn bat at 5 apparently, but how he's going to break the top 6 of Trecothick, Edwards, Langer, Hildreth, Blackwell and Trego, I'm not sure.

Brad Hodge is going to play in the IPL, and LCCC aren't planning to replace him either. I don't know the length of his absence, but it better not be for long.
