IMO, Joe Denly, but he's probably got the most potential out of the 3 at the moment.

more experienced I'd say but looking at career averages, it's the same.

Yeah, it's not really about career averages though.
I hardly even look at players averages when selecting ratings in the NZPL.
Especially doemstic players, as so much stuff can influence them.
Like Anderson doesn't have a great record, but you just know he's the best English bowler. (Even you can't argue with that)

but I'd go for Sajid Mahmood any day over Plunkett or Harmison.

Anderson is one of the best bowlers in world cricket ATM but his record in ODIs isn't as good as you would expect of a bowler of his caliber.
