ok I've redone all the ratings for 50 over cricket. Here's the first round of testing matches. Ratings may change between now and the start of the season, but I have the rest of the warmup matches to get it right.
A decent match first up, though quite a few wickets lost. Normally on an excellent pitch you'd expect to see a few more high scores but oh well.
This match is slightly worrying, given how few runs were scored chasing. I can understand the low first innings total, because the bowlers are pretty good, but I would have expected Pietersen and Hussey to have done pretty well in the second innings.
A very nice match there, this is the sort of game I want to sim regularly. Lots of runs and a interesting chase
Last over bug there but didn't make a difference in the end. A huge chase but a great batting effort. Pretty pleased with that.
A huge total set up by two rather surprising players. Wouldn't have expected them to score the first centuries. Last over bug again, but it was kinda good in this situation Decent effort with the chase too. Interesting how Harris only bowled 3 overs though. Not quite sure what happened there.
Overall I'm pretty happy with these testing matches, so you can post your second warmup lineup in the social group. bcvs and Akshay had already posted from before the break, but I'm perfectly happy if you want to change those lineups.

Man of the match: Robert KeyA huge total set up by two rather surprising players. Wouldn't have expected them to score the first centuries. Last over bug again, but it was kinda good in this situation
Decent effort with the chase too. Interesting how Harris only bowled 3 overs though. Not quite sure what happened there.Overall I'm pretty happy with these testing matches, so you can post your second warmup lineup in the social group. bcvs and Akshay had already posted from before the break, but I'm perfectly happy if you want to change those lineups.

not bad, the batting was great but the bowling was crap tbh. although since i dont know what jono regards as a par score on a excellent pitch maybe they played well.

A note that after this round, pitch types will be randomly decided. It's taking too long to post lineups because you have to wait for the home team to post pitch types. I'll post them in the first post and in the social group. Any suggestions as to how to do it randomly? I'm probably gonna go to random.org, and let 1=poor, 2=normal, and 3=excellent and go through all the matches.
