He is saying Woakes and Wainwright are crap.
Woakes is an ICC god, that's why I suggested him, hence he has pretty good stats and is one of England's most promising youngsters.
Wainwright is a pretty good DOM player, so I'm not sure why your giving him the facepalm.

If you see Wainwright and Woakes are averaging about 33.70 with the bowl in List/A and that makes sense huh?

Wainwright has an OD ER of 4.62 and a T20 ER of 6.88.
Woakes has an OD ER of 4.86 and a FC average of 27.76.

Both have scored two FC centuries as well.

Chris Woakes is a player with a bright future and is making rapid strides with Warwickshire. A tall quick bowler, he topped the county's bowling averages in 2008 and was soon being talked about as someone with the ability to push onto international cricket. The selectors were clearly taking note because he was named in England's 30-man preliminary squad for the ICC World Twenty20, and also the MCC team to take on Durham at the start of the 2009 season.

David Wainwright is another of Yorkshire's battery of promising young spin-bowlers. He lists Daniel Vettori amongst his heroes and has represented British Universities. His success, so far, has many come in the one-day game and Twenty20 has proved especially fruitful.

I don't there what is wrong with their stats for a solid domestic player?

I don't see how he means that

They're both good FC players, probably not as good in OD but still pretty decent.

Chewie added 0 Minutes and 37 Seconds later...

Oh the headshake thing means fail? My bad :p Generally emoticons aren't considered words..

Kolpaks, Scottish, and Irish players are all being counted as English, as this increases the strength of the English players. (I think)

Well half the kolpaks become English anyway :sarcasm

LOL
But i won't be considering the likes of Rudolph,Nel,O'Brien and Azhar Mahmood as local players as they played for a different nation at the international level.
