FA Premier League: Manchester City


Manchester City will battle it out in the FA Premier League championship. Man City picked up a talented young player in Hayden Sumner who starts as their right striker for their 1st match against Aston Villa.
Manchester City's squad for the 1st match will be the following.


Note: I am playing this game on Fifa 2006, and i will update as much as possible with my other AFL story going on at the moment, it will be hard to update.

7.13 - Sumner has first shot of the game, in the clear with defenders baring down on him, gets to the box, has a shot at the goals... finger tip save by the keeper.
Corner to Manchester City

12.51 - Hendrine shots from way out... SO CLOSE, didnt miss by much, a brillaint shot at goal considering the wet conditions.

A lot of the play has been up and down the ground, with both teams having head shots at goal, but all being wide of the mark.

31.32 - Andy Cole shoots with a header. Lands safely in the keepers hand.

35.15 - Sumner Strikes again!! Keeper takes the ball above his head, a wonderful catch with the diffuclt wet ball.

36.20 - A Corner for Manchester City. Sumner lobs the ball into the hot spot. Fowler heads the ball, reflected off the keeper and he lands on his butt, Musampa runs to position and get a slight header onto the ball, and it sails through the net for a GOAL.

HALF TIME


51.26 - Baros after recieving a wonderful pass, is running into a open goal, with 2 defenders hot on his trail.. SCORES.. Levels the scores to 1 all.

55.32 - Hayden Sumner, balks around a player and is running into a open goal, doesnt see a defender coming from his left hand side, and the defender puts on a sliding tackle. Sumner is off balance when shooting, and the ball hits the side bar of the goals. What a stop from the defender as Sumner was likely to score.

73.49 - Manchester City Subsitutes Trevor Sinclair off for : Darius Vassell

Could people just give me a little feedback on how i should make this story a little better. Someone another forum said i should use bold, and underlining for the important parts like a goal, or the end score or something like that?
