I have a suggestion : we should be able to change any player of our team for another that we didn't select originally (before the series/tournament starts).

It is.

Because it gives you an unfair advantage over people who picked their team at the beginning.

Even if your points were zero, there's still an advantage in being able to pick the players who are in their best form for your team, against people who had to pick their team before seeing a ball bowled.

But I was out so wasn't able to pick my team, taken part in almost all the FC games and IPL is a long event would've loved a team, finished 6th last season.
