I'm from Kerala and I've gotta go with some sea food. Love those exotic fish fries, the prawns, the squids, the mussels and even the regular fish curry(kingfish,pomfret etc.). Not to forget the malabar parotta with some chicken/mutton curry.

Oh and almost forgot beef ulathiyathu (beef fry mixed with a bit of cocunut). Gotta be my all time fav.

And yes, we keralites are hardcore non-vegetarians...!!
