FOOTBALL Fifa 13 PC and Consoles

Yeah, I have been facing lot of those but it has become less now all of sudden..Anyways what match length are you using? Because even if music plays while play is going on, it usually cuts after 2 songs which is for me it plays till 10-15th minute (in-game time) and my match length is of 20 minutes (9 each).

It's become less? I've also found that the PA system seems more audible now: maybe EA have patched it? I'll give it another try because I do like my entrance music.

Sanchez isn't any better either. He's really over-rated.

I 100% agree with that , he's 90 now in my game and Bale in 90 too .:D

Ratings don't matter for ----, they are cosmetic and they make very little difference to the gameplay :facepalm.

Probably its the potential the players have got . Both of them played all the matches last season .

While it's true that Fifa still relies too heavily on speed and acceleration, I also reckon that long passing, jumping, strength, stamina, agility (or balance) and heading accuracy have an effect too. It would be great if we could see a Fifa that takes into account things like vision - perhaps with the next batch of consoles?

Balance and Agility are two of the most under regarded stats for sure. All the pace and dribbling stats in the world will mean nothing if he hasn't got decent agility and balance.

Likewise, the vision stat is far more handy then you might think. Not sure if any of you have done what me and my housemate always do, which is start at Oxford Utd and work our way up from the bottom? You really do see the differences in certain stats, and getting someone with good short passing in the middle of midfield makes a world of difference.

I've always found the radar isn't the best way of seeing other players around the pitch, so what about this: players within a certain players' scope of vision have a small marker off screen, so you can see exactly where they are? Of course, you can't mark every single player, otherwise there would be little offscreen markers everywhere, which could get distracting.

I usually do the League Two team thing, but I haven't done it yet with Fifa 13.

Probably why you already appreciated the differences that some of the lesser acclaimed stats can make ;)

Yeah the radar is poor, always has been in FIFA games, especially when you consider I would pretty much play the older Pro Evos looking almost solely at the radar! When in HD it's ok, but not great. Yeah I have always thought players with great vision should get a far clearer radar in regards to directions they're not currently facing, whilst players with poor vision should maybe take longer for the radar to fully come into focus allowing you to put real pressure on less adept players to play the ball simple and soon.

Most dribblers have very good agility and balance, those two stats don't dictate the rating though and hence why it is useless. A 74 rated dribbler can dribble as good as a 90 rated one.

Hell, I had Sanchez Watt as my best dribbler in my Arsenal team and he was 64 rated... When I have guys like Ribery and Ben Arfa.

Vision is perhaps the only stat that makes a difference, it is obvious when playing with players around 70 rating, they won't make the intended pass sometimes. Again though, this is a big difference in vision, you won't be able to tell the difference between 80 and 85.

I tend to search for players in a certain position with an overall of 75+. Then I sort them by age, youngest first, and identify a few targets. I then try and negotiate as cheap a deal as possible.
