Flaw in d stats!

ill give u a clue..the flaw is in one day stats

k the no. of one day matches played shud be ALWAYS more than ODI..its jus like FC matches n TEST matches..u kno wat i mean?if u play a test match, u hav also played a FC match which is shown in d stats..d same goes to one day matches..for eg if u hav played 10 domestic one dayers n 5 ODIs..in total u've played 15 one day matches...but this game doesn consider that!in d above eg hayden shud hav played 12 one dayers in total!..theres a serious flaw in d stats!

I know they didn't used to count, but i dont know what happened to make them count. i had to have a look at some stats to make sure but you are right!!!

no, one day is domestic 50overs matchs, ODI is international. its diferent to cricinfos stats. where firstclass is ALL matches etc

That rule apllies only to test/first class and not ODI/One dayers.

In real life ODI stats are supposed to be included in One Day stats. I have contacted the developers about this oversight, and they weren't aware of it!

I'm new here, but I also wanted to say I have contacted the developers about this issue because it has always bugged me. I hope they fix it!

If you still don't beleive these are some facts
Gilchrists highest List A (one day) score is 172, but this was scored in a one day international match therefore his highest score in ODI is 172
Ponting is the same with a 145 score in a ODI being both his list A and ODI highest score!
Dean Jones exactly the same!

yea there are quite allot of bugs in the game

anyone spotted that after savings if you replay a caught behind the keeper will drop it allot the the bugs were in the 2001 version aswell so they havent done much aprt from change stats

Also 20-20 are not classed as OD matches they is a seperate average for them

ya they do..but more importantly ODIs r not added to one day stats..that REALLY sux!!

In the game 20-20's are counted in the one day stats, but in real life they are a seperate thing (which is only fair cos its a completely different game!) The only trouble is as players now have 6 different averages
First Class
List A (One day)
20-20
Test Match
ODI
20-20 International

It's getting very confusing looking at stats now for my small brain
