probably next weekend... RADAGA u can create as a patch but i dont know hot to... Coz in soccergaming forums they made a similar one with their members... but u had to install it on ur fm06.exe so it didnt affect the default db instead it created another shortcut for their patch... u will have to ask someone from there

O RADAGA good news i think i have found out a little bit about how to get this working...

The db u create would go in My Documents>Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2006>db

The graphics(kits) would go in the default folders...

But soccergaming patch had an installer on which u had to select the fm.exe file and it installed something on it too... i am not quite sure how they did it but look for this GUY on soccergaming forums........Ruud van Kasteren

Yeah i had a look at what Ruud did on SG. The file size after that is still quite large, i only have dial-up which means i will probably only upload it if i can reduce the size heavily.
I'll have a good look around, hopefully i can find a program that suits my needs. Actually there was a program i use to use for making Cricket 2004 patches which reduced the 700mb DB down to about 3mb. I will give that one a shot.

And yeah guys i am going to be signing real coaches form in the game. I can't make everyone cause we will have an unfair advantage. It's alreday bad enough that i stole Carlos Queiroz from United!, lol

RADAGA the SG united patch is 45.6mb when downloaded...... unlucky about dial-up though it will take u ages...

about coaches gget about 3 good coaches form the game and as we go on try get the best ones... and please get Rodrigo Lasmar as Physio... he is a physio for Alt.Menerio and easy to get and his physiotherapy is 20

lol, yeah i always get him too! He has world class reputation and still signs for low league clubs!

It seems as though it will be a tough ask to upload the db on dial-up. I will need about 20 hours to do it! but that will never happen. I am still looking for a suitable compressor.

The problem there is it takes such a long time to upload on dial-up. It could get to about 50% then disconnect, or i could get a phone call, etc..

As for the email, my email only allows 10mb attachments, which still take me a couple of hours to upload!!! :crying

When do we start?

I finished it earlier than i thought. I will try to get something done today, but it will definantly start by tomorrow. (got the day off school).
The only thing i haven't done is change the squad picture (it's currently Barnsley's because that is who i overwrote.) It is too complicated for me, so i'm not gonna bother wasting my time on it.

The current ability is a bit harsh on younger players, but they have higher potential ability. So you will see the older players getting regular first-team spots at the start, but after a while the young guys will break in and establish a spot. For example your player has a current ability around 75 whereas the top player has 105. But also in saying that your potential ability is quite high, it is about 185 i think. So big potential there!
