Hooper, there are tons of fm 08 databases on sortitoutsi. I have one which was put up the other day and I havent started a new save with a European club with it but the update for the A-League was terrible.

Terrible? Damn it, was hoping just to play A-League as the European leagues are too big and complicated for me.

I've started a new save as Norwich and I drew the first friendly with Kings Lynn 1 all which was frustrating but I was just getting a feel for the team, seeing where we needed boosting and what tactics would work. I've got rid of the dead wood and I've brought a couple of quality but cheap midfielders to help bolster the squad.

I didn't manage to get any of those midfielders for the friendly away against West Brom but I had a feel for the team and right tactics. After going down 2-0 after 30 minutes we got right back in it and on another day Cureton could of had a couple. He didn't though, but through an Askou header I made it 2-1 and I was back in it. A disallowed equaliser in the 92nd minute was heart breaking but it was a good match.

Crystal Palace away next and with the new signings I think I could secure a draw or a win even.

It is better then the original and the best out there but Sydney are missing players like Danning and Gan which is frustrating. It's missing players but it does have a lot of new guys for example Keller and Kisel are playing for Sydney.

Why Norwich?

Oh thats ok, I don't really mind about the little things like new unheard of players in Sydney's side.

I just want an A-League database that is sort of on the money. Sounds good for me, cheers. I'll probably start tomorrow as my ICC story is too damn good atm!!!

Yeah it's pretty decent, but like I said don't expect it to be perfect. The new teams come in after the first season I'm guessing. They are in the update but you don't start with them in.

No, there should be an editor that comes with the game when you in install it. Which version of FM do you have? The editor only workes for new games, so you can't edit anything from a save game.

Oh and Ollie, Hulk plays for Porto I believe. Good little player with a great name!

I've got 06 but I'll defiently be getting 2010. I haven't noticed it in 06 so I take it that it isn't there.

New Data Editor - including a brand new Competition Editor allowing you to add competitions and extra levels for leagues currently in the game, and add completely new competitions and leagues all via a very simple to use editor. Plus, the new editor allows you to keep your game up to date more easily than ever before.

With this, if you can input new leagues then I take it that you can input new players in the game?
