I CANNOT WIN A GAME....I reached christmas still in teh FA and Champions league and third in the prem 3 points behind Chelski(2) and 5 behind Man U(1) Since then i am now 10 points behind and can barely win a game

do you guys change tactics for second half???has this hapened before/??WHAT THE HELL IS GOING WRONG!!!!!

Dr.Pepper.. make sure that when you uninstall it, you get rid of EVERYTHING to do with the game, get rid of it from my documents, the registry, everywhere.. a problem like that often happens if theres an error in the database. so make sure you wipe every trace of the game from your system, then reinstall.

yep i did. i made sure everything was clean wiped then reinstalled it but i got the same problem

Well I only change tactics if it isn't working, or whether it is neccessary,sometimes it is luck, but I think it is all about confidence, the players end up kaking themselves for no good reason, how to get confidence back with out being complacent isn't easy, wins are a good start but it is a bit of a vicious circle in that respect. Perhaps just cheat a little by going back to the next save point before the game and if you los go back again, until you win, once a run and confidence and consistancy is built up you can go far

Saving and reloading totally destroys the object of the game... It's no achievement whatsoever if you can win everything by doing that.

Totally agree, anyone can win the league if they save and reload. Just carry on, tinker a little and results will come. If things are changing in the second half, I'd look at what you're doing for your half time team talk, I'm sure there's a article about it on an fm forum.

I was just saying if you are desperate, but yeah team talks cn be effective but only if you don't repeat ypurself too often as players may not take notice after a while

I've started a game with Yeovil on FM06. On 4 points after 3 games which isn't a bad effort considering I'm expected to be fighting for demotion. I hope I can continue with it.

I've read up up on that kind of stuff freddiw, and apparently during the season the AI updates its thoughts on you and your team, if you are overachieving. other clubs will stand up and play much harder against you.. its kind of like dynamic difficulty settings.. just trying to put you back in your place.

I agree and i didnt do it.

Finished third in the league 10 points behind chelsea which was not bad.



Now I am second played 5 won 5 and just won 3-0 in my first Champ League game.

I was a very happy person yesterday when i got picked to do Beta testing for FM Live and it bloody faboulus. The season starts on Friday and ive got a good team that i play 4-4-2 diamond defensive with. Ive got super Billy Paytner upfront. Ill update more when the season starts.
