Scott Macdonald, John Kennedy, Spiranovich(playing for top german side and only 19!) Cristian Vieri, Simunic, Grella, Jason Culina, Brett Emerton, Mark Bresciano, Carl Valeri(captain of his italian team), David Carney(got an offer from Bayern Munich for 2.5 mill, Nicky Carle, and of course the other you mentioned including Kewell and stuff.

Started a game on Monday that I hope to keep going for a long while. Started unemployed and loaded a lot of leagues, I gave myself no footballing reputation. Applied for a few jobs in England, but got a job at Swedish 3rd Division South side Husqvarna. They were predicted 14th at the start of the season, thats bottom of the league. As it was July, it was halfway through their season, they were 11th and doing ok. I managed to win a few games, I finished in the same position which I started, 11th. Now to cut the wage bill!

Left Grimsby after 6 1/2 years. Now at Port Vale in L2. Doing well after 10 games, I'm in 2nd. Finances are a problem to control though.

I struggle to play when I dont know players..

Managed Norwich for three seasons - 12 - 9 and then 5 qualified through the play offs - then started a new game today with Arsenal (although will continue norwich)

I won the PL, in 2008 .. beating chelsea by 4 points, with Man U getting 3rd.. (only just.. they beat me in the second last fixture of the league, to jump from equal 6th to 3rd.. lol)

I won the English League Cup and got to the final of the FA Cup.. both finals were against Arsenal.

im not looking forward to the Community shield final against them tho.. will be very tough

just finished my 1st year at kettering town and had a dream year, won the blue square north and got to the final of the fa trophy but got beat on pens!!!! oh well, already preparing my team for the blue square prem next season

lol... im an aussie myself.. trust me .. before i got downing (didn't get him till second transfer window) Kewell played every match on the left wing (about 25 matches). and he still comes off the bench every game.

and i really needed someone to step up and play right wing for me. Cahill was the only one with the ability i wanted there. because i used Utaka for ST.

and i really needed someone to step up and play right wing for me. Cahill was the only one with the ability i wanted there. because i used Utaka for ST.

A little update to how I've gone on since then...

Before my second season, I got myself a parent club, Elfsborg who are in the top Swedish division. They loaned me Marcus Folk-Olander (Striker) and Stefan Zarkovic (CM). I was again predicted to come last and sometimes 50-1 to win matches. I became the Tottenham of the Swedish 3rd Divsion South! Scoring loads but also conceding loads. I had 2 3-3's, won 5-1 and won a few 3-2's, but also losing one game 6-4 and a few 4-3 and 5-2. I finished 7th, an improvement on last season's 7th and much better than the media expected. Falk-Olander finished with a massive 23 goals from 25 games and was fantastic! As a team we scored 55 goals from 26 games and conceded 56.

Just finished my third season, I managed to get Falk-Olander back on loan. I started ok but then had a dip in form and decided to play the youngsters and let them grow as a team in a 3-4-3 formation. My youth players were brilliant, and showed they've got real futures at the club, uncovered a couple of gems. We managed to be even more entertaining than the previous season, drawing 2 games 4-4, one game 3-3, winning two 4-3, one 6-0, one 5-0 and losing a couple 4-3 and 4-2. This time scoring 66 goals and conceding 54. I finished in 5th which again was a big improvement, and I was only 5 points from 2nd place so I was pleased. I just need to turn some of the 10 draws into wins and I'll be looking good next year.

I've cut the wage budget massively and am about ?550 under it at the moment. However, we're still massively in the red to the tune of ?408k.

Just read that story Ben! Looks like a great idea! Good win against Chelski, and Trev is asking for injury problems signing Malcolm Christie! You've got a few tough fixtures to start with.

I agree with the person in that thread though, the title sounds like a tagline to a certain type of film...
