We used to love John Aloisi at Coventry! But I wouldn't call him great. Maybe Bosnich, definately not Neill, or Schwarzer. They are just decent.

I am buying Stancu for Coventry in my story Madman, I have just had a £700K bid accepted and he is extremely interested in the move. Hopefully no other teams will come in, but because I edited the database, and put in the transfers etc I have also done the latest takeovers (eg Derby, Coventry) and transfer budget, for Coventry I put in £10mil, as thats the figur Ranson has reportedly given Coleman to spend. So I have bought a few players, but hopefully Stancu will do okay. Poor result yet again today Madman. 2-1 against Scunthorpe? We really need to sort it out or we're going down, and then Ranson will look VERY stupid for not dipping his hand in his pocket. He really needs to put his money where his mouth is. Anyway Madman, I have a bone to pick with you! No posts on my Coventry story for ages!!!

In another game i started as Arsenal manager (originally wanting to play network with my mate but couldn't so i played solo) resigned because i don't like Arsenal. Became Notts Forest manager and got them from 19th to 5th. Went the entire season conceding only 6 goals. In playoffs i got hammered. i was so gutted i resigned. Became Man City manager just before first game of the season. It was against Arsenal and I won 4-3 yay!

Comparing Pato with Ronaldo is a load of rubbish, no offence to your mate.

Not in real life its not. A lot of people in Italy have already said he is going to be a lot better, and he already has a goal ratio of nearly 1 a game. He is so quick, and he is very strong also. He looks a massive talent.

To be fair, they are totally different players. I would probably never compare a winger with a striker, even if they are both prolific strikers. I'm not saying Pato isn't an excellent prospect, as he will most probably be one of the best, I'm just saying that comparing him with a winger is a tad unusual.

Has anyone had a really weird injury? My mate Dan had Pennant at Liverpool get a broken femur whilst lifting weights in traing. Must have dropped a dum bell on his leg or somethng lol.

Anyone ever tend to pick/sell players according to real life stuff? For example, I always sell Gary Roberts quickly because he is pants in real life, but does a good job on the left in the game

i don't like darren fletcher in real life and i sold him. i later went on to realise that he's awesome in the game doh lol
