Owen was just straight stupid for leaving.

He wasnt stupid at all, so you wouldnt join Madrid if you was offered the chance. Any normal person would, now he has had a go in Spain he wants to return i can understand him 100%

If I was given the choice personally I would rather play for most English clubs in the Premiership.E.g. Manchester United (first choice of any team in the world!), Chelsea, Birmingham, Tottenham. I can understand why Owen is moving. He scored more than Ronaldo last season (?), with less playing time and is still further down the order than him. That is not justice.

Well, news has it he has a get out clause in the contract of 12 million. So anyone bidding that much means he can go! Smart thinking by Mr Owen, maybe Liverpool will come back next season...who knows..
