Yes, there's plenty of people who run forums - we know to admin the forum, we need someone experience in addon development. I can't see any addons at all being used on that site - much less ones custom developed in house.
 
Any particular reason why you have decided to switch from vB to XF?
We wanted to move towards software that is in current development, rather than hanging on to an old version. Which means continued updates to features and performance as well as fixing vulnerabilities.

The newest version of vBulletin would be a more difficult transition than going to XenForo and it also stacked up very well against other potential options like IPB.

You're getting rid of vBulletin? :eek: No more Verdana? :eek: This is massive!
 
As much as I don't like XenForo's interface, it's for the better. It allows us more features on the site as well as reduced vulnerability to hacker attacks. I also frequent Smogon Forums, which got DoS (?) attacked leading them to switch to XenForo as well. Planetcricket isn't as popular, but the possibilities were still there, I think?
