The facilities include 250 MB space, FTP access, etc.
You get a banner on the top of your site.

Combine it with www.dot.tk where you can register your own domain say, www.somename.com for free. You just get one pop-up ad. Other facilities include email forwarding. You get [email protected] as your email id.

Post other web hosts which you know.

http://www.websamba.com/ has ASP, 30 MB, FTP, no ads

That said if you need php, MYSQL, cgi support etc or have high bandwidth requirements without ads then paid is the only way to go since no free host gives you all of this.

If your site is sport or game related though and requires the above mail me with subject Hosting and if you're found suitable I'll give you some web space.

But why bother which server hosts your site anyway? It's only really if you have a huge site that you have to bother, I would have thought.

Check the website of the hoster.

And besides if you want to use any sort of database on your site, odds are you'll have to pay.
