profusehost do not activate our account instantly. Any good way of registering at profusehost?

Why do you want instantly, unless you're going to spam with 10 accounts? Just register normally and they'll activate in a day. Their service is well worth the wait.

I have selected free host with ads. What can be the size of the ads?

I would say go for post for host. Much more problem free. You only got to make 30 posts I think. 2 day job. Then you get ad-free hosting.
