Aravind: Old stock and the the kohli text could have been a bit opaque. Lights are overdone.

Salman: Too much colorful and the design is old fashioned.

Ali: A bit dark and all is just fabulous.

Well it's a friendly battle so there's no need to be so upset. People have different opinions.
If you really want feedback:
Ali - The light source is too bright, and the stroke on the text doesn't look very nice. Other than that, great avatar.
Salman - Too much sharpness and contrast for my liking and the colors aren't the best. Not a big fan.
Aravind - Effects are pretty good but the text seems to be the focal here. That and the light on the top left both take attention away from the render.

It's hard to pick between Ali and Aravind but I think Ali edges it.

Please give some feedback for the previous battle too.
