Important note... Starting Rating for Attackers is about 65-70... Midfielders 68-72... and for Defenders and Goalkeepers 72-75... so my suggestion is not stick to attacking position... we need all type players...

Instead of this you may let the player's decide their rating by giving them like 800 points and let them divide them in their desired attributes.

No... it will not work like it... every one here will start like a rookie... every one start from randomised ratings... if they want upgrade, than they need to pay it in form of vCash... I want to make it big... not little league, a big league...
