FTP: From the Pavilion general chat

Joyce's secondaries are no good, otherwise I would buy him.

And also going to be on the hunt for good 16 yo's when next season starts. I only have $400,000 odd though so I can't spend too much which is annoying. I just got to hope for a gun pull to start the season.

Tristan Dekkers has been renamed to Pieter van den Hoogenband and sold to Ayatollah of Rockenrollah (who won the Pavilion Cup for the second year in a row). I was looking for him and couldn't find him :/ Annoyingly, his stats are now hidden.

----------

but lol the guy who sold him made a loss compared to how much he bought him off me for

Camiel Dees (sold for $1,477,453) got renamed to Harald Hardrada, was a super gun pull. But he's hardly played him:

8 matches, 7 innings, 72 runs @ 12.00 with a high score of 25

If IIRC he was mainly a bowler. Well 0 wickets with a best of 0-20 hardly does his talents justice.

His team is too good to play everyone I guess.

Maybe he's just spent almost 1.5 mil on an awesome player he doesn't need. Not my loss, that 1.5 mil went to a good cause :p

Not going too well in my T20 game. Rested a number of players and it looks like I'm gonna lose lol. And it's to the second placed team. My NRR is much better than his though so I should be fine.

Yea your NRR is fine. He won't catch up to you.

Won my match but my NRR went down which is bad. I would need to win by huge margins to close the NRR gap between me and Tempest.

End of over 6 (18 runs) - Saurashtra Lions(74-0) RR 12.33
T. Logan 24 (12b) , V. Sehwag 50 (24b) , C. Wright 1-0-18-0

That is 50 runs for Sehwag (50 runs, 24b 3x4 2x6) SR:208.33

End of over 17 (16 runs) - Saurashtra Lions(208-3) RR 12.24
V. Sehwag 106 (48b) , G. Gambhir 39 (18b) , C. Wright 3-0-44-1

That is 100 runs for Sehwag (100 runs, 46b, 7x4, 3x6) SR:217.39
Sehwag may break his best 123. This is his 3rd T20 century...

Looks like we will be reversing the result last time around against top placed, Slazenger Sharks. We lost by 43 runs in a high scoring game, (them scoring 337 before we only managed 294 in return) but this time it's a low scoring game, them making 177/8, Reshma taking 4/17 and they were 7/123 so I was pretty disappointed not to restrict them to less.

We are currently 95/2 after 21 overs, Mjinke 37* and Omara 23*. Mol made 22 and Khan only made 1.

----------

Well Mjinke has been a great buy at $45,000. Before this game, he had scored 458 runs @ 76.33 with 1 century and 4 fifties in 11 matches and now is playing one of the most composed innings in his career at the club, currently 48* off 68 balls, on a very tough pitch, as the Slazenger Sharks batsman showed it was.

None of our other batsman are averaging above 50 with the bat this season, Khan next best with an average of 45.78.

End of over 20 (4 runs) - Saurashtra Lions(69-5) RR 3.45
D. Vattikota 1 (8b) , A. Tarang 12 (16b) , G. Koduri 6-0-16-1

Not expected these figures... :( On sticky wicket and without Piyush, it's all over... i hope not...

Actually, I was wrong. My bowler has an average of 87 (Barry Healy) only have got out once in 5 innings, although his HS is only 24. Bollinger also averages 56 but he also has only got out once.

----------

The 100 partnership and 50 for Mjinke now. Although Mjinke has struggled lately. His last 6 runs have come from 18 balls.

----------

I'll shoot my players dead if I don't win this.

End of over 31 (4 runs) - Hedger's Team(137-2). 41 runs required from 9 overs. RR 4.42 RRR 4.56
P. Mijnke 52 (78b) , V. Omara 48 (82b) , M. Khan 8-1-33-0

We had this game in the bag after 20 overs, but only 42 runs have been scored in the last 11 overs. Especially as we have 8 wickets in hand. I hope Moxly comes out with a bang if he needs to.

----------

Well he has done his job. Now Young gets off the mark first ball with a couple.

31.3 W Nadeeka to Mijnke : He shuffled across his stumps looking to work to leg and was struck in front by Nadeeka.
P. Mijnke lbw b. B. Nadeeka 52 (80b 3x4 0x6) SR:65.00
