And if anyone wants a pretty good youth player, I have listed this guy for $10,000. He's capable/capable batsman with ordinary endurance and poor power. And he can bowl if you want him to.

In my T20 league, just saw that Patrick Garrick is now No. 1 in the bowling stats. In five matches he's picked up 15 wickets @ 7.87. Maxwell Phelan is not far behind in 3rd with 12 wickets @ 10.67.

In batting I only have one player in the top #15 and that's Skepple at #9 with 224 runs @ 112.00. Of the top 15, he's played the least matches as well.

Got my youth match tomorrow. I lost my last youth match which irked me. Had a bit of spare time the other night so went through my youth squad, trimmed away any I didn't want or who were just terrible and rejigged my batting lineup. Hopefully that helps.

In my youth league, there are 5 teams tied on 16 points, however I only have the 4th best NRR of the 5. Hopefully I get a big enough win and the others lose or win my narrow margins. That'll push me to the top. :p

In T20, my best batsman is 3rd, and no one else is on the table for me. My bowlers are pretty good though, taking up positions 6-9. Iridium has the best and second best bowler though. I have the 2nd, 3rd and 7th fielders though.

In OD, I have the 7th, 11th and 14th best batsmen, 4th and 8th best bowlers and the 3rd and 10th best fielders. It's mostly because I keep getting newer and better players, so they play less matches.

Chewie added 2 Minutes and 37 Seconds later...

I have the best youth batsman by a very long way though. He's scored 541 runs, and next best has scored 389. I also have the 7th and 15th best batsmen. I have the 5th, 11th and 15th best bowlers which is rather average, and the 2nd best fielder (and the 12th-15th best as well lol)

My players take up #12, #13, #14 and #15 on the fielding catches table rankings lol with Fiebig, Kwistel, Byrne and Muddle taking 3 catches each. My keeper is now the best keeper though with 14 catches and 1 stumping. Next best is 13 catches and a stumping, then 7 catches and 3 stumpings, 9 catches and a stumping, 6 catches and 2 stumpings, 7 catches and a stumping, 5 catches and 2 stumpings and a ████ keeper with only 2 catches and 1 stumping.

I had a look at my youth player statistics leaderboard and lol. my bowlers are ranked #3, #6, #9, #12 and #15. I rate Mol the best keeper in the league since he has 7 catches in 3 matches while the top one has 7 catches and 3 stumpings in 6 matches. I have 4 batsman on the top averages chart. Although they're the only ones to have played more than 3 innings out of 6 apart from Mol who's played 3 and has an average of 98.5. Young's average is 226 :p, Murch's average is 77.8 and Mohammad's average is 65.

It's funny. The only 5 players that have scored over 1000 youth runs for the club in their career don't play for the club anymore. Farhat (1660 runs) plays for Belly's Team. Basil Sleiman (1543 runs) plays for 12th man XI, Kalhana Priyanka (1454 runs) plays for Survivors (although Chewie should have brought him. I wouldn't have put him up if he didn't want him.) Bahuvata Chetan (1068 runs) has been fired and Gavin Hele (1028 runs) plays for Chewie's team. You wouldn't believe he was my second best batsman for the youth team (Oldroyd's partner), would you Chewie?

And actually, only 3 players that are in my current senior squad have played youth cricket for the team (Oldroyd the keeper, Elgin my best batsman arguably and captain Tindall)

Thanks Chewie for that player. I need a player just like him. :p

Chewie, why isn't Gavin Hele or Baddewithana in the first team anymore :spy

Can you reveal their skills please. I want to see how they progress.

T20 wonder seasons coming soon.

Was just looking through my transfer history and saw that my best bowler, Patrick Garrick, only cost me 5k. Thirunarayan (Chewie will know who he is ;)) was only 6k. My purchases so far total $197,959. Hard to find super cheap bargains like those anymore.

Baddewithana is my number 1 spinner, I was just resting him last match. Hele is one of many medium pacers I have and the other ones have done better so far. And they're higher rated I think too. His batting hasn't really impressed either, but he'll probably get a few games as I rest more people and try others out. I need to trim down my side so I'll be getting rid of some people later.

Thanks Chewie for that player. I need a player just like him.

lol you're welcome. He's now well out of my price range. Would have been my best batsman though.

I think there are probably lots of decent bargains at the end of the season/at the start of the next. That's what it seems anyway.

My first 10 purchases were all for 1k lol

My LM expert bowler was 1k, as was my accomplished batsman. Baddewithana was 1k as well, and so was Curtin (my wrist spinning all-rounder) and Chauhan (a pretty decent medium pacer).

At the start of the season, you can find good 20 year olds put on the transfer market to lower the amount of players in their senior squads so you should be able to find some cheap reliable or accomplished players.

Sold him after pulling. Played 10 U19 matches for Ireland and another 9 U19 friendlies. Playing for a team ranked 9 in England and in Div 1 and still has an OD batting average of 59.30

He's reasonable I guess cause he's still youth but I don't see him being that good once he gets to seniors.

I hate Curtin . He always gets in the way of my winning games against you. :laugh
