Even if all five votes given to Denmark are redirected to Norway, it still won't overtake this bid. Meaning the second round of voting would have been a pointless exercise.

Yes... Morocco just added Spain with there hosting bid, so they can attract European votes... After France stripped of the Knockout Trophy, WCC should have given hosting rights to Nepal, but to keep Eurocon happy, they rearranged another voting poll and made sure WCC tournament not go outside of Europe...
