Its not first-come first serve, and I won't be selecting either. I'll use random.org to resolve any clashes in which more than 2 people want to manage a team led by a particular player. I really want you to take part in this league, Yudi, and I hope you'll stay even if the roll of the die goes against you.
Also, I'll give managers an option to change their key player if they don't feel very strongly about it, so that we might avoid going the random way altogether.

I strongly think that you shouldn't choose managers randomly. The thing that matters a lot is - activity of managers. You should choose managers who've been here for a long time and have some experience in managing teams.

So, I think first-come first serve or randomly choosing managers are risky ideas.

Also, you should allow the managers to decide if they want co-manager. Tbh, I would not like to have.
