Game not starting.

I recently just installed Ashes 09 again and applied both beta patches. This caused the game to hang at the loading screen immediately after when it asks you to "Press Enter".

I uninstalled and re-installed, this time I haven't applied either patch and yet the problem still occurs. Can anyone suggest a fix?

Clean the registry with a good software such as REGISTRY WINNER OR REGISTRY BOOSTER 2010. And try a fresh install. Btw why did you installed it again as you said in first line of your post.

My computer's HDD was changed and instead of transferring everything, I decided to reinstall what I wanted.

Since noone else has any suggestions Offspinner you could just do what I did and reinstall without either patch...at least it works.

Just hope the final patch works for me
