For your kind information, we are having already 2 wicket keepers Jonny Bairstow and Kedar Jadhav. Jonny Bairstow is genuine Keeper and Kedar Jadhav can kept the wickets. and in T20 we don't usually pick genuine keepers mostly. You can think of Robin Uthappa do for India. Umar Akmal did for Pakistan. so I hope you agree that have 2 wicket keepers already.

I think he is just telling that from Wiki.. it is given him has occasional keeper.. He has only kept in County matches.. that to very rare...

Your cricketing knowledge is weak. he is not genuine wicket keeper but he is part time wicket keeper. he kept for Delhi Daredevills in IPL. @ImNeer he should be allowed as wicket keeper batsmen as in T20s he don't prefer a full time keeper usually.
For your kind information.see attachment. not only in that game, he kept wickets many times almost in whole IPL 2015 for Delhi Daredevills. also in 2014 IPL.
