The exams that are important I have done carefully so far. The speaking exam for German is out of the way, with some revision behind it and a nod of approval from the teacher. Now it is onto Business & Communication Systems, the practical exam is on Thursday. I will do some revision in the two lessons I have of it before the exam, then do as best as possible in it. I am hopeful of landing my target grade, B.

I had my first 'exam' today. It was my final performance for GCSE Drama, worth 40% of the final amount.
I have to say that it went excellently and I'm hopeful of reaching an A*, although I would equally be as happy with an A.
Now for Spanish next week...

Did my German speaking, only got a C minimum because a couple of questions I blanked on but I did good coming up with the stuff on the roleplays, alcohol is bad because it makes young people stupid :D Got RE tomorrow but cba with that, I'm having a nice break now, just finished all my coursework because it's sent off tomorrow.

The Business & Communication Systems practical exam I did today was one of the easiest exams I will probably ever do. I finished it with 15 minutes to spare, with everything last thing checked. If I get anything less than an A I will be very disappointed.

I've got my first exam on Tuesday - Latin Paper 1. I got a C for this in my mock, but have now bothered to learn the vocab so I'm looking for an A. Then I've got French listening on Wednesday, Latin Paper 3 on Thursday and Music on Friday. I'm actually quite nervous now, because I want to get all A* and A grades, and I'm not too strong at Latin or French!

Just had the easiest exam I have ever sat, PE. Some of the papers from the past few years have been solid, but this was short and easy. The biggest mark question was 6 marks, with the majority of the 80 mark paper coming in 1 mark questions. Hopefully an A is on the cards which I would be really happy with...

I took one GCSE a year early on Wednesday and nearly made a complete hash of it, luckily i decided I would check this time and it made a difference and now an hoping for an A but would be happy with a B,

Some of these papers sound ridiculosuly easy I have heard reports that some of the Double Award Science practical papers being the easiest. One question on the Chemistry was with some diagrams of apparatus and said label the concial flask?

Any easier maybe?

My first exam week is over, and it was pretty solid. The Latin Paper 1 and French Listening were hard, but the Latin Paper 2 and Music were pretty easy (despite me misidentifying House music as Jungle!).

I've only got three exams next week (Latin Paper 4, English Literature and Biology), squashed into two days. That means I've got half-term lasting almost two weeks!

Maths tomorrow, Lit on tuesday and Biology wednesday. This will be my most testing week as i need to learn biology in just a few days and I dont have a clue how to structure the Lit essays.

Maths for me too tomorrow. Literature and IT Paper 1 on Tuesday, and my Spanish Reading and Writing on Wednesday.
Bring it on! ;)

Maths, English Lit, Biology and then German Reading next week. Then a break for 2 weeks with half term and then will be finished for school. English Lit is so important for me, hopefully will be able to deliver the goods...

I have a non-calculator Maths paper tomorrow, an English literature paper on Tuesday, a written Business & Communications exam on Wednesday, a Media Studies exam on Thursday and a German & Science paper both on Friday. The leaving assembly is also on Friday, before a week's break for half term, before going back (no study/exam at my school) until 20th June.

Upcoming week:
Monday: RS Unit I (1hr30mins) @ 1315
Tuesday: English Literature (2 papers, 45mins & 1hr 30mins) @ 0900 then Latin Paper 4 (45 mins) @ 1315
Wednesday: Biology Terminal Paper (45mins) @ 1315
Thursday: A day off!
Friday: German Reading (50mins) @ 0900

Hey, you have Thursday off! When I am not having one of my 6 exams this week, I will be doing lessons as normal!

I apologise mate.

Should count my blessings really. Last exam is June 12, then it's final assembly then it's a long summer! :)
