General Cricket Discussion

Off topic - Why on earth do you use lol on every possible post that you do on this forum? Is that your takiya Kalam .i e. Catch phrase?

I was about to ask the same but didn't want to create any controversy as I've had such an history on this forum. Whatever off-topic I say becomes a controversy :lol:lol

Okay as you wish because its your posts and your choice of words doesn't matter what you use or how you describe it.

Hay no problem asking me a question, I am not going to go medieval on you or something lol.:lol
I think I will make it a Catch phrase but if it bothers people then I guess I will change it.:rolleyes

Unbelievable hypocrisy from the English cricketers who were extremely critical of Ashwin for his mankad citing it to be against the spirit of the game. Now when Foakes does a very controversial stumping (which is even worse IMO compared to the mankad) there’s been nothing but absolute silence from most of them, with Vaughan even praising him for his smartness.

And even in the IPL, Ashwin’s been criticized by the likes of Cork and Swann in every game they work as a commentator, whilst there was absolute silence again when Ali nicked the ball in a game and didn’t walk.

Guess it isn’t against the spirit of the game when the Englishmen do something controversial :rolleyes

Excited for the world cup:ar:, It will be a real tough one this time, yea. All the teams are very strong.

PREDICTIONS:
SF1: IND VS AUS
SF:2 SAF VS ENG(COULD BE NZ)
FINALS: IND VS ENG. :ind: vs :eng:

I think Aus and Eng will be the finalists. And NZ and Ind will be the Semi finalists.

This is fantastic! The interview with Lalit Modi's hilarious :lol

Looking at the way India Played agaisnt NZ on the warm up, ur probably right

You are missing a point that the pitch on which India played was probably the most difficult tracks for batting. Even if NZ had batted first they would've been shot out on 200 and India would've chased down the target with a comprehensive margin as the pitch flattened out in the 2nd innings.

And warm-up matches are meant for practice, not to win or lose
