Right, this is final for the first moth so Please Read!

3 people will moved up form the intermediate rank into the advanced (On the percentage method), and 1 will move down from the advanced.

3 people will move up from beginner and 1 will go down from intermediate. Hope these are all understood, and this is only for this month, just to even out the categories.
