I think the person who puts out the challenge should make the deadline (within the same month, of course). Also, KX, only 10 days left in the month. I don't think anybody should be moved up or down. Just use it to give a feel of what this competition is all about.

No movements in this month. This month is just a trial

The person who creates the challenge sets the deadline(maximum 5 days)
