Chawla has a decent future, but only IF he improves his bowling. He's young, has good control, and a good wrong un. I think he was chosen ahead of the other two (Mishra and Ojha) because he is a better batsman. He's probably there for experience, and I doubt he will get to play much, if at all. Ojha is a good bowler, and young too, but I think maybe they felt Yuvraj can bowl left arm spin if required, and Chawla being a legspinner, and a better bat and younger than Mishra counted in his favour.
As for Rohit, he has a lot of talent, and though he hasn't really done his talent justice so far, I think he will if given time. He had a bit of a raw deal in the ODI team, coming in mostly at number 6 with very few overs to play with. Kohli's stats look good, but he had more opportunities up the order, and I think Rohit is a much better 20/20 player.
