If I pick a player from Mumbai, will they be counted as an overseas player?

Drafts
- Each team will have a squad of 15 players (11 domestic :local: and 4 overseas :os:)
- For your convenience, I have listed all the players who participated in the various List-A competitions of each team (the Player Pool).
- You can only pick players from the Player Pool. In case, I missed someone, you can inform me along with proper source.
- Domestic Player = Any cricketer who played for your team in the respective season. So, Glamorgan players would be considered overseas for Durham and vice-versa. Similar case with Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh. Also, e.g. Hamish Rutherford represented Glamorgan so he will be a domestic pick for them but he will be considered foreign for Canterbury. Same with Cameron Bancroft, David Bedingham etc.
- You need to pick at least one :wk: (obviously).
- For simplicity purposes, I have put most players with a half-decent record with bat or ball as all-rounder so there won't be any unnecessary arguments about player roles. Some players have played very few matches at List-A or FC level so it was hard to determine their exact role. I have tried to be as lenient as possible to ensure that teams don't miss out on any bowling options.

- Draft begins at 11:30 AM GMT (5:00 PM IST / 4:30 PM PKT)
- You will get a player on first come, first serve basis. Have a look at other leagues if you don't understand how it works (meant for those new to cricket leagues).
- After 24 hours, next round will start even if some manager missed their picks.
- If all managers have made their picks for a round under 24 hours, then the next round will start immediately with the last pick.
- Please use the code as it makes it easy to keep track of the draft picks.

That should be 16 members in total then or 15 with 4 overseas, not 5.

Also, one question; foreign players can include anyone and there's no restrictions on picking someone from the same tournament, right? For example, can I pick NSW's Australian player who doesn't play in England for my English side?

Mistyped

Yes and yes

I forgot to mention it. Overall record would be given more weightage and recent form won't be considered because the teams are from 2021 editions. But their last year performances' would be taken into account (around 15-25 %).
