Shane Watson, Arguably the best ODI A/R in the world, is a Grade 2.
Dale Steyn, Ranked Number 1 in the world, is a Grade 2.
Shahid Afridi, Pakistan's best A/R in the last few years, great player, is also a Grade 2.

This needs looking at pretty soon.

Here are some more I disagree with,

James Anderson (a Grade 2 , behind Steyn there aren't many better)
Mitchell Johnson (is also a Grade 2, this one is debatable because of his inconsistency)

Also, what's the current role of Albie Morkel in the South African team, I haven't seen much of him recently but I didn't think he was bad enough to be a Grade 3.

Also, Dipak, can you confirm the "Domestic" player rule, I don't know if teams might have to re-draft, Khawaja and Finn have now played an International Match (Matches in Finn's case.), which should mean that they aren't domestic players.

EDIT:

Imran Tahir is also down as a Domestic player, he's been in the South Africa team for all of their WC matches hasn't he.

and who is Jacques Rudolph, he's a Grade 2 yet i've never seen him in the South African team.

Yeah, the grades are all over the place.

I would move all of the more or less retired guys down, e.g. Ganguly, Pollock, McGrath, Fleming etc. (There's like 15 of them I can see)

Iqbal, Warner, Hodge, Karthick, Butt, Colin Ingram and Shaun Marsh are all down as grade 2 players, while there are plenty of better grade 3 players.

Maybe I should remove the grades. The grades depend of when they were picked in the draft/auction. Domestic players are the players who haven't played an ODI before 1st Jan 2011

I'll revise all the grades very soon. Then Tokyo will have aPoor balance because bcvs in S4 managed to eeke out White and MoYo as G3 players at the pinnacle. And there will be imbalance. Can a few managers out their send their own revised lists. and I'll take that into consideration as revise them all
