As long as Dipak alters the averages according to their grades, then it shouldn't matter what Grade your players are.

For example, Watson could remain as a Grade 2 as long as his batting average is lower and his bowling average is higher than someone like Kallis, who is the current Grade 1 equivalent of Watson.

So if Bevab wanted to put Flintoff as a Grade 3, Dipak would have to alter his averages so that Flintoff performed like a Grade 3 player.

Here's my suggestion,

A Grade 1 Batsman, bat average 35<
--------- All-Rounder, bat average 25< and bowl average <25
--------- Bowler, bowl average <25

A Grade 2 Batsman, bat average 25-35
--------- All-Rounder, bat average 20-30 and bowl average 25-35
--------- Bowler, bowl average 25-35

A Grade 3 Batsman, bat average 20-25
--------- All-Rounder, bat average 15-25 and bowl average 30<
--------- Bowler, bowl average 35<

Alright, I've changed the Grades a bit. But could't do it tha much according to Brook as the ratings are complete secret plus I need the composition of all teams to be same

Reduce Stephen Fleming's grade and increase Gautam Gambhir's grade.Fleming is a coach now so I don't think he deserves a grade 1

You haven't altered the grades at all Dipak, the only thing you've changed is Dale Steyn, Shane Watson is still a Grade 2.

That was only something i came up with quickly yesterday. However if the Grades get changed, Dipak needs to alter the averages accordingly so that if a G1 player became a G2/3 player, he didn't have the averages that made him a G1 player.
