Just a question> Does your patch Gold's C2k4 Patch-Version 1.2.cfg apply for Test matches or only odis

It applies for both but I wouldn't suggest using that patch when the 2.0 version has been released..I suggest using the Test patch and the odi patch v 2.0(both found in the downloads centre)..and my next patch will be a single one which applies for odi's and tests.

I have a long weekend

This means I can get down to making the next patch.

This patch will be a complete patch,i.e it will be for Tests,Odi's(50 overs,10 overs,20 overs,45 overs),and it will be for all difficulties.


Any suggestions as to what I should improve in this patch,post them here!

That is very good news rather.You should try to improve the timing .As ball should travel according to batsman timing.Not every time should go like a rocket.If batsman gets late in playing shot or bit earlier.It should react according to situation.I found batting bit more fun in tutsy but as bowling it does not behave so well.I found in tutsi patch that if you go for 6 hit straight shot ,it goes according to shot power.Have a good time with patch.

just wanted to which patch i should download and install if i want to play a quick ODI game with say just 10-20 overs!!

Also i want there too be lots of relistic edges coming from the bat! But also batting not to be to difficult! Which patch do u recommend for this?

Really sorry mate...but none of my patches are for 10-20 overs

They are for 50 overs and in hard mode only


BUt as I stated earlier,my next patch will be a complete one.

There is no testmatch patch 2.0.....there is on one testpatch there

u can make batting tougher, according to what people are saying here, but make batting against spinners easier, again according to something stated somewhere in this thread....

Batting to be made easier against spinners?Sure...but I'll make it in such a way that it will still be tough to step out to them...cuz ppl get far too many runs from advance shots.
