on a second look it's not an orphan file, it's a material pack. You need Cinema 4D to import them into its library.

Friend my Photoshop says 3D functionality is disabled due to open GL being disabled what to do.
I wanna preview kits and others.

I reckon your graphics configuration is crooked and you are exhausting all the resources. I would recommend you to reset Open GL preference in Photoshop Preferences > Performance> Use Graphics Processor and restart the photoshop again and check. This is the basic troubleshooting step that can be done here.

Also make sure that your graphics driver is up to date.
