you can reduce/increase the lossy bar in the top right in save for web optimization. There are ways, lemme post after I open PS.

There are various ways by which you can do so. But remember, compressing a .gif file to a smaller size also leads to loss of quality.

1. Reduce the number of frames.
2. Reduce the color bits from 256 to 128 or even 64.
3. Reduce the amount of diffusion.

I got it. The PCs had high contrast, that's why it happened.
