Group B - 9th Match Netherslands v Pakistan

I don't usually like Twenty/20s but this tournament has been a great advert for the game and this Format. Its so much better than the Commercialised IPL with its silly tactical breaks halfway through.

Good catch that. Shame to see Bopara go he has been in real good knick of late.

Yeah I agree, compared to this the IPL looks like rubbish.

KP needs to stay in for a while and play an innings that will really set england alight! Looks as if they have been told to push for the singles!

Not sure why. 6 singles an over gets you a score of 120...
Boundaries are the key in Twenty20 especially with field restrictions in place. Why take on close fielders for 1 when there are only 2 outside the circle?

Good start, wonder how long it'll be before we collapse

Go Gul. Uproot some more English stumps.

Oh how we missed King KP. If he can keep going for 10 more overs we'll have a massive score. Wrighty played well again also, looks to be far more mature now, picking his shots as opposed to just swinging from the hip from the off like he used to. Good signs.

No balls and poor fielding are not helping Pakistan here. They really need to tighten up.

Only Ajmal can get Pakistan in the contest. The game is almost gone from them.

Wright's impressed me aswell. I remember watching him in his first stint playing for England were he only had two shots from which he swung as hard as he could, straight down the ground and to cow corner, now he seems to think a bit more and has developed more of an offside game.

I'm still worried about a middle order collapse here but if we keep going then 180+ hopefully?

Afridi getting some definite drift here. Not sure it's as threatening as Australia made it look in the UAE, but still quite impressive given his pace. Sid's right though, Ajmal's key, amazed that Malik bowled himself ahead of him.

Shah looks woefully out of form and incredibly timid at the moment every/most balls he's like getting out.

I think Pakistan is taking the game lightly. With the kind of weather in England if it rains in their next match Dutch will sail through.
