^^ if India matches were telecasted at 5 pm local time then Indian People had to see matches around 3:30 am , which is not much difficult for INDIAN CRICKET FANS as they usually enjoy Ind-Aus or Ind-NZ matches at that timings. But ICC took care of everyone specially Sponsors

Please do not over-criticize ICC, I think its a smart move. Atleast for majority of Indian fans, its better to see a match at 7 PM than to have to wake up to just see the result. What's wrong if they are doing things which makes it comfortable for the viewers?

9:30am game for a T20. YUCK!! Sad that the ICC wants to satisfy the Indian TV audience where the major pie of the revenue comes from (for the Indian audience, it starts at 7pm and fits perfectly).

It's the only timeslot that is barely passable for anyone ahead of GMT. The day/nighters start at 7am here, not that there have ever been a lot of D/N games in the West Indies.

I am more keen to watch India vs Afghanistan Match then Pakistan vs Bangladesh. There is a spark in Afghanistan team but it is very hard to beat India. Afghan have quite good form although they play against minnows.
India MUST not take Afghans lightly, they will suerly came hard on India and if they will take them light India might loose all hands.

I am supporting Afghanistan for this match.
