Hey mate i have a question about the shots. I've noticed in a few patches i've tried (including yours) that when u get the cpu to 'misjudge' a ball and play it very, very late, it merely trickles off the bat in the correct direction.
I think that when you get the cpu to play a very late shot it should be an edge. Is there a way of making this so?

Read,boss's AI tutorial and adjust the direction and power in such a way that it turns out to be an edge.It needs a bit of tweaking though.

Can u aaso provide some information on shot directions.

I couldn't find any shot direction diagram on this or Boss's original thread( Boss's thread mentions the direction/numbers and asks us to refer to the diagram but I don;t see any diagram on the page)

Well,boss has a shot direction parameter,if you are unable to download it,look for a pdf format of boss's tutorial in his thread,it should help.Cheers.

tried downloading the Boss's pdf but it says "invalid archive" .
On the thread itself it says
"Stroke Direction Wheel: (Attached Below!) " and then mentions them in words
"60000, 16891875, 33723750, 50615625, 67507500, 84354375, 101201250, 118048125, 134895000, 151711875, 168528750, 185345625, 202162500, 218889375, 235616250, 252343125, 269070000, then 0 to 59999. "

but i don;t see any picture/chart/diagram which says where say 16891875 is pointing to . I mean I see no visual represntation of teh directions.

I dont have the file with me,as I have recently formatted my machine,so please make this request to boss himself.Sorry that I couldnt be of help.

As for the sticky thing,check the sticky thread called Tutorials for c2k5 in the downloads forum,it has links to all the tutorials made for c2k5 so far by every member.
