Has anyone else tried swapping captures files around?

I have found that there is no editor for the .Rot files in the captures folder; so what I do is swap them round and re-start the game to find out which 1 is which - there appear to be some minor captures that arn't included in the game:. For example in the Umpires folder there is:

190l - Umpire signals a Leg-Bye
189n - Umpire signals a no-ball(This proves they planned to have no-balls until the very last minute)
198c and 198o - Different Out captures.
